Quantisight is an AI-powered stock research and financial information platform designed to help users explore publicly traded companies, financial information, market data, and research-oriented insights.

Quantisight is operated by:

You may use Quantisight only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and use the service under the laws applicable to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Quantisight complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you.

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your account information current
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• Protecting access to your account
• Notifying us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

You may use Quantisight for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use Quantisight for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Circumvent security measures
• Interfere with platform operation
• Introduce malicious code
• Scrape or systematically extract information without authorization
• Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by applicable law
• Misuse AI features
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use the service to violate another person's rights

Quantisight provides financial information, research tools, data, and AI-assisted analysis. This information is provided for informational and educational purposes.

Quantisight does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice through the platform. Nothing on Quantisight should be understood as:

• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security
• A solicitation to transact in a security
• A guarantee of investment performance
• A personalized investment strategy
• A prediction that a particular investment will achieve a particular result

You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

Financial and market information may be delayed, incomplete, revised, restated, or subject to errors. Data availability may vary by company, security, market, geography, and data provider.

You should verify important information using appropriate primary or authoritative sources before relying on it.

Quantisight may provide AI-powered features. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect interpretations. You should independently verify important information.

AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Quantisight and its underlying software, design, branding, technology, content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Quantisight unless otherwise stated.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit Quantisight content or technology except as expressly permitted.

You may provide information, prompts, feedback, or other content through the platform, including the holdings, watchlists and other portfolio entries you add and your conversations with the AI assistant. You keep ownership of this content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Quantisight to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such content. Portfolio figures you enter are not verified by us and are shown as you entered them.

You must not submit unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized content.

Quantisight may use or link to third-party services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Quantisight is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Quantisight offers a Standard Plan at no charge and a paid Investor | Professional Plan. Each plan includes usage limits, such as the number of AI questions per month and the number of portfolios and watchlists, as shown on our Pricing and Billing pages. We may change plans, prices and limits, and will give notice of changes that affect an existing paid subscription.

The paid plan is billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, in the price and currency shown at checkout. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your purchase where required.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page (Manage). After you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded unless required by law. Mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Quantisight may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical failures
• Security incidents
• Third-party service interruptions
• Events beyond our reasonable control

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantisight is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available
• Information will always be accurate
• AI outputs will always be correct
• Data will always be complete or current
• The service will be error-free
• The service will meet every user's individual requirements

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantisight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where:

• You materially breach these Terms
• Your use creates a security risk
• Your use is unlawful
• Required by law
• We discontinue the relevant service

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of Quantisight from time to time. We may also update these Terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
