Quantisight uses artificial intelligence to provide features that may assist with financial research, company research, information discovery, summarization, question answering, data interpretation, research organization, and generation of research-oriented insights.

The specific functionality may change as Quantisight develops its products.

AI-generated outputs are generated using automated systems. They may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, inconsistent, missing relevant context, or based on incorrect interpretations.

AI outputs should therefore be treated as research assistance rather than authoritative financial information. You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

Quantisight's AI features are not intended to provide personalized investment advice. AI-generated responses should not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy or sell a security, a recommendation to hold a security, a personalized investment strategy, a guarantee of investment performance, a prediction of future returns, or financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

A response generated by Quantisight does not establish an adviser-client relationship.

Quantisight does not guarantee that AI-generated information will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular circumstances. Financial markets and company information can change rapidly.

AI outputs may also fail to reflect information published after the underlying data or model was updated.

You are responsible for verifying information before using it for an important purpose. For investment-related research, you should consider checking information against appropriate sources, including:

• Company filings
• Regulatory disclosures
• Official company announcements
• Exchange information
• Audited financial statements
• Other authoritative sources

You may provide prompts, questions, and other information to AI features. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs are lawful and that you have the necessary rights to provide them.

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, authentication codes, confidential information belonging to another person, trade secrets you are not authorized to disclose, or sensitive personal information unless specifically permitted.

Where AI features process personal data, such processing is subject to Quantisight's applicable privacy and personal data processing policies. You should avoid entering unnecessary personal information into AI prompts.

Your conversations with the AI assistant are saved to your account so you can return to them, and you can delete them at any time. To answer questions about your own holdings or watchlists, the assistant can read that data from your account and include the relevant figures in its answer.

Quantisight's AI assistant is powered by Google's Gemini models. Your questions, the earlier messages in the conversation, and any portfolio, watchlist or market data needed to answer are sent to Google through its API to generate the response.

How Google may use content sent through its API depends on the API terms and service tier that apply to our account. We describe this, and any change of provider, in our Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing notice.

AI systems may automatically analyze information and generate outputs without direct human review of every response. This does not mean that every AI output is independently verified by Quantisight.

Users should therefore exercise appropriate judgment when interpreting AI-generated information.

You must not use Quantisight AI features to:

• Conduct unlawful activities
• Generate malicious code for harmful purposes
• Circumvent security controls
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Violate another person's privacy
• Impersonate individuals or organizations
• Generate fraudulent or deceptive content
• Attempt to manipulate financial markets
• Facilitate unlawful trading or market abuse
• Circumvent applicable laws or regulations

Quantisight AI features are not designed to facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, fraudulent activity, or other unlawful conduct. You are responsible for complying with applicable securities, market-abuse, insider-trading, and other financial regulations.

AI features may occasionally be unavailable, limited, modified, or discontinued. Outputs may also vary between requests, even when similar prompts are used.

Subject to applicable law and any third-party rights, Quantisight retains rights in its AI technology, platform, interface, prompts, systems, and proprietary materials. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of AI outputs does not infringe third-party rights.

If you provide feedback about AI features, you grant Quantisight permission to use that feedback to improve its products, subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

AI technology evolves rapidly. We may modify models, providers, capabilities, limitations, and functionality over time. These changes may affect the behavior or availability of AI features.

Artificial intelligence is a developing technology. AI-generated financial information can contain errors and should not be treated as a substitute for professional financial research, independent verification, or qualified financial advice.

You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on information obtained through Quantisight.
